Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

Question

I'm having trouble with the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. Now, I am under 18. (Please don't moan and say 'what am I doing here'.) But I'm sure it says in the Terms and Conditions that one may only play online if they are over 18 or have permission from their parents/guardians. I have permission from my parents, but how does EA/Origin acquire this? I have a multiplayer pass but am unable to go online as it knows I am under 18.
Please help, if there is a solution.

And now apparently I have to update it. It's not a concern to do with xbox live or any of their services. I contacted them and they can't help. I just need a solution to a problem I shouldn't be having if it states I am allowed on the servers in the terms and conditions. Help!
