No, what email are you talking about?
This Email you will receive in game if KEI-9 is present. I'm know that the content is directly installed if you use the PC version of the N7 collector's edition, but I am not certain when it comes to the PS3 version.
Did you looked at the PS3 shop if the Dog and the Hoodie is there as a free download?
Oh, the game email. No it never came. Like I said there is no dog and no hoodie
Did you checked the PS3 Store?
Because I'm not sure if the content is on the Disk at the PS3 version I will tag @EA_Nils, he should know.
