Mass Effect 3 N7 edtion - Online pass issue (Origin also states it's not running and closes the game)

Yesterday I purchased the Groundside Resistance Pack and the Alternate apperance pack 1. When The downloads were finished I launched the game. However at the main menu it had a message saying "Redeem/Purchase online pass".

I checked in-game and all my N7 edition weapons and Javik were still there.

Today I checked Origin to see if ME3 needed updating, Origin said that there was one so I installed that. However when I launched the game when it got to the 'press any key' screen, a Message was shown saying that Origin is not open and the game will now close.

I tried again and the same thing happened. Still, I opened ME3 only to be told again that Origin was not open and the game would now close,  which brings me to now, writing this. Your help would be great, thanks.
