The suggestion did not work and the message is as follows.

- Press the Windows key and "X" at the same time > Command Prompt (Admin)
- At the Prompt, copy and past or type "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without the quotes) > ENTER
- If the concluding message is ""The restore operation completed successfully." run SFC \scannow again.
- post the concluding message.
- reboot > test.

The Source Files could not be downloaded.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

Ok, now this gets complicated.
The nvcuda.dll error should be solved with the measures we already took, because that is not the case and this is a problem with two games I assume that there is a problem in your Windows installation.
The problem is that this is a remote diagnostics, and so I can't be 100% certain. (There is a problem with your DISM image for sure)
To resolve the DISM problem you would need to downloaded a Windows 8.1 ISO with a install.wim or install.esd.
Alternatively a repair installation of Windows could help too. Here is a link to a rather good guide I found.
Note: A full backup of your important data is strongly recommended.
I do not know your system, so a fresh installation might be the easier option.
