Anyone know how to fix it?

Got the same problem, restarted the assault on afterlife, and just after aria stops the fan, the game crashes

frankly its very annoying as i cant make progress in the single player, while  few players have experienced

this bug, we have payed for the game and the DLC's and it would be courteous as to fix the bug, so we can

continue our game,, and not star again and do it all over to get the same crash makes no sense, thank you

I have got a similar issue except that for me it is happeninng in Leviathan. Didn't have a change to get to Omega DLC though. Will post a different topic.

I have the exact same problem, and it crashes at the exact same time. A Google search for "omega crash after bomb defusal" led me here. It has to be the game, if it happens to different people all on different computers.

Also, on a side note, I have purchased every single DLC (all at the same time) and every single one works just fine, except every time I start up, I get a message saying Levithian will not work due to it not being registered on my account. I understand you guys are very busy, but we're all loyal, paying customers, and I would love to be able to finish these storylines, as I am a huge fan of the Mass Effect franchise and will continue to support it no matter what.

    Hi.

try to repair your installation in Origin. For me that did the trick. It seems sometimes it doesn't get downloaded and installed properly. But luckily Origin can detect faults and then reinstall the DLC. At least, it worked for me. Just find the DLC in Origin, i think right click and there is something like repair or check. Hope this helps ;-)
