AFAIK, you need Official Support to sort the problem, whether it's a Console (supposed to need that Online Pass thing), or a PC (not supposed top need one).

@Davebear27 @ProdigalMonkey no worries this is most likely an issue with the entitlements on your account and one of our Game Advisor can provide you further assistance. This can indeed happen on PC but other than console, there is no Online Pass to download anymore.
