Mass Effect 3 permanent pushed down arrow button

That's a weird problem you have there.

If I understand your correctly, you already reinstalled Windows 10 and you tested it without the Logitech software? 

If you Press "ESC", does the scrolling stop?

Did you checked if "Scroll Lock" is turned on if you got into the menu?

I reinstalled Mass effect 3 ...2x and i got the same problem with 2 diverent Keyboards 

1Keyboard is a Logitech with the logitech software and the second Keyboard is a Microsoft Plug and Play!

On free Area, in Fights, the buttos is free

In Menü the Scroll locks and cant stop! 

Esc. Button downt stop the scrolling ..Up Arrow button didnt stop it..

With STRG ALT DeL i go to Windows and the Keyboard is free... if i go back to ME 3 Menü or Console the button is locked again!

i have 4 Test the Keybind in Fights downarrow=Fire ... the button isnt locket...

Downt know what i can do with this Problem...

Do you have a "Scroll lock" key at your keyboard?

If so, is the down button free if you press the "Scroll lock" key?

If not Tab out of ME3, press the Windows key and "R" at the same time > Type or copy "osk" (without the quotes) in > ENTER > click on  "ScrLk" > Tab back to ME3 and see if it works.

it didnt works... this problem is only @ ME 3 ...

other Programs works fine and this problem is only on console/menü... free play it isnt locked

I can conter the console scroll down with up-arrow ...

this is tricky, the selected menüpoint jumps permanent , 

but i downt know what i can do with this trouble

A workaround would be to map the down key to something else and use only the Mouse in the menu.
