Mass Effect 3 Power cast from cover glitch.

So I have an issue (obviously because I'm here). I went back to Mass Effect 3 after a long absence and decided to roll an adept. However this time I find a strange glitch which happens in singleplaye...

You need to cap the Frame rate. If the FPS goes over 100 both of these issues occur. It's safest to set the FPS cap to @60 with smooth frame rate in the .ini files.

Bump. Still having issues if anyone could help.

The game is basically unplayable as a result. I noticed another issue recently as well. It looks like a shield recharge bug.

The meter inchs up when over an excessive period of time. Don't know if they are connected but my game is crippled....
