well, when you click the game itself next to play you should see a little i key, press that and the next page should give you a product code
that being said, it's a known issue that people's codes (Mine included) arn't working properly, it's been going on for several days now and it looks (to me anyway) like EA is gonna simply try and ignore it and hope the problem goes away. they USED to have a big notice on the help page about this. it's been removed. a bunch of threads here all talk about the same porblem, most of them have been flaged "Solved" by EA staff. and yet the problem persists

As the other 30 posts on this forum say, Origin is broke and NO ONE can play ME3 and 3 or 4 other games right now.. EA would like to thank you for your money, please sit down in the corner and patiently wait while they continue to work on this 4 day long error.
i just got this mail:
My name is David, and I am a representative of EA’s World Wide Customer Experience team.
Firstly let me apologize for the length of time it has taken to respond to you.
I was sorry to hear of the issue you have been experiencing activating games and know how frustrating something like this can be.
I am happy to say the issue that was causing this should be fixed in the next hour or two if not already. A few people we having the issue and is being fixed by a server update as we speak.
Please log out and close Origin. After launching Origin again it should update and activate the game.
Have a good day.Can someone confirm that ther game now works, becouse mine steal dont.

Yeah I got the same problem. The product key provided in the game info panel is invalid. So I contact customer support who the first guy was pretty nice, but I had to uninstall my Mass Effect 3 install and clean the registry's etc. Anyways after the lengthy process of unistalling, reg cleaning with ccleaner then redownloading (2-3hrs) he sent me a new game and new product key which was again invalid. So I fired up Customer support again then get a an unhelpful support guy who tells me that every copy of mass effect 3 has the same problem and the "team" is working to fix it. My ticket has been closed and marked as "resolved" when I clearly told them to keep it open until the issue is fixed. So I'm onto Customer support again...
