Mass Effect 3 Redeem Code
Mass effect keeps telling me i need a redeem code even tho im starting it with EA play on steam I tried reinstalling the ea app restarting the pc reinstalling the game and nothing worked

Hey, @Americanbud05, Try the following and see if this help!
Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER.
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER".
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
- (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Log back into the EA app, repair the game, and launch again.

@Americanbud05 Can you repair the game in Steam as well?
- @EA_Shepard I repaired the game on Steam and it still wont start it still wants a redeem code...

@Americanbud05 Do you have multiple drives on your PC? If you do, do you have all the downloads (launchers and games) installed on the same drive?
- @EA_Shepard Launchers and games are on the same Drives yes
- @Americanbud05 wait i just noticed steam is not i willl transfer it real quick
So ok I did EVERYTHING now I 100% factoryreset my whole [removed] pc and its STILL not starting.
Im starting to question whos fault this is

- @EA_Shepard so i now really really tried anything in my power to get this game running i tried buying EA Play to play the game without redeem code (Still wants a redeem code) i downloaded the game on EA itself instead of steam still doesnt work reset my whole pc still doesnt work did every step you wrote before after resetting my pc and it still doesnt work
