Mass Effect 3 Selling extra copy

I read the other day that the online passes are being discontinued, so I want to give my extra copy of mass effect 3 to a friend, is there any way to do so?

    If it's a PC game or digital download on another platform, you can't do it. PC doesn't have online passes but uses Origin as DRM, whichis still intact. If it's a physical console game, just give them the disc.
