mass effect 3 texture twitching/spasm issue

Question

ok, so i recently got back into Mass effect 3 after building myself a completely new machine, and since starting play, i'm seeing something like texture twitching or spasming(i'd post screen shots but it seems to happen at random and very fast). i'm wondering if this is game related or my card? which is brand spanking new, and only does it in a few games, mostly ea ones.

here are my specs:

amd fx 6300 six core 3.5g cpu

32gig of ddr3 corsair vengance ram

Sapphire radeon hd7970 vapor-x 6gig gcard

windows 7 64bit

i can post more if required, just want to stop or just make sure its not my gcard.

If textures are acting up in various games you can be pretty sure it's not the game...Did you install the latest drivers, have you checked the temperatures?

temps are fine, and as i said, it only does it in mass effect games, and swtor, but from what people tell the issue with swtor is that it doesn't like amd cards, and i know it can't be the card other wise every game i play would do it, and every game i play doesn't have any problems, only mass effect 1, 2, 3 and swtor, which are all bioware/ea games...

and yes, drivers for my gcard are up to date, latest drivers, 13.1, guess i could try the beta drivers, just not sure how safe it would be...
