Great! This same bug got me stuck in Omega DLC 🙂 Now I have to redo an entire mission 🙂 Haha I love this bug so much.
No need to replay the mission if you're on PC or Xbox 360. You can change your weapon loadout in Gibbed's Mass Effect 3 Save Editor. This is how it shows on my infiltrator character:
