Same problem here, arrived with the last update of origin, VERY annoying...
Ok, solved it. Exit origin, go to your origin install folder, rename the igo32.dll file to something else, start origin, should work.
Origin seems to be coded by monkeys, so their customers have to solve the problems by themselves...

Same issue here. It does load, but after an abnormal amount of time (2 minutes+).
It appears in the Task Manager processes menu but that's about it. After 2 minutes or more it will finally load.
Edit: Just tried glasofruix's suggestion by moving igo32.dll to my desktop and the game launched instantly after that.
I have the same problem as the OP. I have the Collectors Edition (disk). I've played it since launch, but this past week or so the game won't launch. It shows up in Task Manager processes but it doesn't start.
I tried renaming igo32dll. That didn't work. Then I tried to move it to my desktop as you did. Didn't work.
Last night I got the game to launch, but it took about 8-10 min before it started. This is really, really odd.
While checking out possible answers, having left the process running in Task Manager, the game now suddenly started. I figure it took about 10 min this time (about the same as yesterday).
