Mass Effect 3 will not launch says"no internet connection or needs cd key "

 I have un & re installed and repaired game several times now on EA app will no luck launching game. Anyone else having this challenge or issue as well ????  Curious if Windows 11 could be why?  Mas...

  • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
  • Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
  • Test.
