Mass Effect 3 Xbox One unable to buy multiplayer packs

When ever I press to purchase a multiplayer pack for ME3 on my Xbox one using Microsoft points it tells me that 'there are no items available for purchase at this time'. Anyone know how to get around this and actually get the packs?

@lynchinator16 Hmm, that's a good question. I assumed it would work fine, but I haven't seen anything about buying packs. You mention Microsoft points, but these have been done away with, I take it you have the equivalent value in your local currency in your Wallet?

Can i check what region are you in?

    Thanks.

Hey David I've got the same thing, this is on Xbox One using the backward compatibility feature.

When I go to the Store in the multiplayer, each pack can either be bought by the in game credits or Microsoft Points. When I choose on the Microsoft Points option it opens up an Xbox 360 dialog and says "There are no items available for purchase at this time." My region is US.
