I would try doing a repair scan of all the files, just incase something there borked when you downloaded the patch.
I've already tried repairing the game but I'll try again.
Try this thread....this is a known issue, and tech help forum would be a better place to be anyway....
Tech help forum with fixes for this very issue...supposed to fix most instances of this....
I've been to that thread and tried those solutions to no avail. I did post this in a technical issues forum but it got moved for some reason.
Try right-clicking on the MassEffectAndromeda.exe, click the Compatibility tab and select "Run this program as an administrator." I have this problem with a LOT of games on Windows 10 that expect elevated local admin permissions by default and don't get them without this set.
