Mass Effect Andromeda - Deluxe Pre-order bonuses *Confusion*

you have to wait until you get into the ttempest and go to your personal quarters for the first time. Walk in go to the right and there's a desk. Go to it and hit the prompt and all your stuff will be added to your inventory!!

if you already are past that part well then I have no idea. Sorry 

@Cyissoul How far in are you? You need to get to a certain point a couple of hours in before you'll be able to access the SP bonus items. Have you met Vectra yet? If not, keep playing.

Edit: @Mfant13 ah, you got in before me! That's what I get for tabbing to something else while writing. 

Whoopa forgot to mention where i was,um met vestra grabbed tempest, reached Eos, Hit the special requisitions thingie, and nope no deluxe stuff.

 I even left the tempest and then re-entered it on one save no luck.

tried loading a previous save and then progressing to Vestra and grabbing the tempest, still only got the standard pre-order bonuses and none of the deluxe pre-order bonuses. Didn't get the hoodie, the nice weapons, the armor sets. Nada zilch, nothing. 💔 

I repaired the trial, updated it too.

Did you go to your quarters and interact with the little orange console near your e-mail computer (in your bedroom, not the one on the bridge)

Yes i did but like i said in my other posts I only got the standard pre-order bonuses and not the Deluxe items. I only got the nomad skin and a helmet>

I Believe with the deluxe edition i was supposed to receive a weapon set, an armor set, and a casual hoodie. I did not receive any of those things.  I also didn't receive the full armor set for the standard pre-order bonus i would only get the helmets.

@Cyissoul Did you get an email in-game about the pet Pyjak?

Are you on PC? Do you have the soundtrack at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Andromeda\Bonus?

Can you try returning to the Special Orders cache if you haven't already? If you go to the Customize menu to the left of the door, do you see the Hoodie in the clothing list?

@POExTAYxTOES Hi, I think your issue is a separate one, or at least has a separate cause. You appear to be on a console, have you been able to start a pre-order for your deluxe edition?

Were you able to get the Andromeda Initiative bonus helmet?

I have an update fresh off the presses. There are issues with folks getting the content, and you won't be able to get the extra stuff during the trial.

Hopefully there will be an update that'll let you get the content before release, but unfortunately I can't make any guarantees.
