should have been debriefing but apparently it screwed up again and on my end it keeps coming back if i exit and then go back again since i have 5 more to debrief its still there until i completely shut down my pc and restart the pc and the game
You are right, I think I also had to shut down my game for the menu to go away, even though the keys were functioning.
