I have to same problem. I have 0/3 bio samples but ive scanned them before and there not there any longer, im stuck

I've collected all the samples yet I have 0/3 showing, I'm stuck. Tried reloading save, leaving Voeld and coming back, closing the game and reopening and nothing.
