Yes logged in, i get the Unites States instead of UK for some reason.

@necroticliquid Can you try the following for me? Go back to the help site, and make sure you manually log out of the site.
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option

Apparently they can make no changes to a sunset game.

@necroticliquid That would be incorrect. The game has not sunset. I am logged into it right now. The Sunset list does not have it listed. The Mobile Apex app is offline, but the game itself is still online.
Did you have EA Play on your EA account? If so, do you know when it expired?
Did you purchase the game through the EA app or through Steam?
