Mass Effect Andromeda no access to online
I am unable to raise aa new case as the option does not appear on the ea help screens, can someone fix so i can access it again?

Community Manager@necroticliquid Can you try the following for me? Go back to the help site, and make sure you manually log out of the site.
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
Okay so I want to share the information that Mass Effect Andromeda is the sunset game (which means old games that got removed from the server) so we are not able to make any changes from our end
