Mass Effect Andromeda no access to online
I am unable to raise aa new case as the option does not appear on the ea help screens, can someone fix so i can access it again?

I'm currently having issues with the game not going offline and having the Missing Online Access error.
I bought the game ages ago and just renewed my EA Play Pro account.
Can anybody help me?

Community Manager@ThemDarnKoalas There are only a handful of ways to resolve this one. Read through my Online Access Error thread as it has all the steps you need to resolve this one on your end.
