Mass Effect Andromeda Review - It crashes your graphics card
So, this game is not like Mass Effect 1-3. SO don't go expecting that. It's an OK game plot wise (for the 11 hours I was able to play until it crashed my graphics card, that apparently EA and Origin don't have a permeant fix for, I asked support and customer service rep Vishesh confirmed that they know it's an issue and they don't have a fix.) But definitely not a Mass Effect game, which I could have forgiven that - the graphics were beautiful (and I think the plot could have had potential) BUT it crashed my graphics card gave it an error (I have attached a picture) and after some research, found that this error was going on in 2017, and they still have not fixed it. I had wanted to give this game the benefit of the doubt because it is a BoiWare game and a Mass Effect Universe game; but I cannot in good conscious recommend a game I would never play due to the known issues it has of crashing graphics cards. I had to have IT come and fix my computer.
If anyone was any fixes (please step -by-step and easy to follow) that would be great. EA/Origin already told (via customer service rep Vishesh) me that they have no fixes for the game itself. I play on PC via Steam. And I am only interested in story mode. I know I should have listened to what people were saying online about this not being that great of a game, but I have it now and, if there is a fix, I would like to play it. And if there isn't, well, don't get the game.
