MASS EFFECT: Andromeda won't download

MASS EFFECT: Andromeda won't download. any ideas? restarted my pc, restarted the EA app multiple times and just sits there calculating time. cant cancel it, pause it, restarting download does nothing. please help!

Reboot and retry, if the problem persists, try using Origin instead.
