Mass Effect: Citadel fails on Silver Coast Casino: Infiltration

Whenever I start the mission, a nav point for "Stall the Guard" shows up but when I try to leave the area to follow it, the navpoint disappears and a new layer of film grain shows up. If I return to ...

found the solution. just dont play any of the games in the casino.

This sounds like a work around. Personally, I've never experienced this issue. You can also try to turn off the film grain in the options. That may help. However, I'm glad you found something that works for you!
