Trying to playing Mass Effect Andromeda, every time I launch the game it shows that I'm Missing Online Access.
I bought the game through Steam and don't know if that effects it or not. At the time of posting this, I'm in contact for EA support, but it hasn't been of much help. I'm kinda out of ideas

I am going through these issues with the online pass. Were you able to get this resolved? If not, when you spoke with support, what did they tell you?

I've recently been having is problem, the chat is useless and just dumps you onto a generalized support page with no option to not talk to a robot....
The steps for contacting a support agent are outlined at the OP of this thread.
I did that stuff yesterday, but nothing has really changed yet. I'm concerned that I may not hear anything as my case is in the "closed" category, but its confusing as the description says "These are cases with issues marked as resolved or unresolvable by you or an EA Advisor."
So I have no idea if they'll ever get back to me.....
