I can't seem to find what the issue is, nor can I even find the customer support link. Is it a matter of the nook not supporting ME:I? With nook being powered by android, I didn't think there would be an issue. Help?

You might have better luck at getting an answer - solution to your problem by going to help.ea.com and on the right hand side click on CONTACT US You will then be able to get a Game Advisor to assist you.
This site is manned by fellow gamers who are not equipped to resolve issues such as the one you are having.
