Mass effect Jack Loyalty crash

I am having problems when playing Jack's loyalty mission, when I go through a specific door at the beginning of the mission the game crashes from one moment to the next, I can't find a solution and I...

    What is this clean bot you're referring to? When I google it, I find roombas.

    Normally, a crash that always occurs at the same spot is when the game is trying to load corrupt assets, which can be fixed with a repair. Is that what you mean by clean bot? If not, make sure to try it.

    If you're using the EA app:

    1. Select My Game Library in Origin.
    2. Right-click on the game tile.
    3. Select Repair Game.

    If you're using Steam:

    1. Right click the game in your library.
    2. Go to Properties.
    3. Click Installed Files.
    4. Click Verify integrity of game files.

"Clean Bot" It was a method (which the person with the same problem pick that name) that consisted of restarting all the background processes of the PC to "Clean" them but I don't know exactly how it worked, it is a solution that I saw repeated times in the tutorials to fix this. I am trying to fix it from the EA launcher, I will update this when the process is finished

Oh, a clean boot, not bot. That's a method to launch the PC with as few background processes as possible, which is helpful if a third party application is interfering with the ability to play games.
