I dont have my key yet, but i have the order number so what can i do? and also buy pinnacle station and if it appears in my account, but not the game

Did you buy it via Origin? If you did open Origin then go to Help -> order history -> your order
Click the order number and you should see your serial number.
In all my shopping appears complete order, but that order of Mass Effect says sent order, and dont have unlocking code serial number
