I bought my first EA Play membership through Steam and downloaded this game from there. Now my membership continues through the EA app and I cannot play Mass Effect Legendary Edition
edil1: App recovery and reinstalling the app did not work
Same issue, there was a note saying that my ME legendary game was removed because of an unlisted reason. All my bioware games were removed as well. i.e. Dragon Age
Can anyone help to clarify the situation or what we should do? Thank you
Replying as this is happening to me. Purchased game through steam, game still in steam library. Can no longer access this or Andromeda through EA App. Says "deleted for unlisted reasons". I played it this morning no issue (around 7 hours ago). This does not appear to be a user issue and is an EA issue.
