Mass Effect legendary edition launcher not opening

Hi All. Mass Effect Legendary edition launcher not opening, Origin/EA app re-opening and nothing happen. Tried all web solutions, nothing worked solid, was able to launch the game couple of times, b...

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

    File attached.

    For now was able to run the game only with old Origin version that was actually uploaded to some help tread. Not sure that is solid solution, but it works for now. As ME opening, I believe that the actual issue isn't related to game, but to some EA/Steam setup, which not performing well. No similar issue with any other EA or Steam games I has for now.

        It's exactly the same file version I have now.

        Do u have estimation from EA when that issue will be fixed?

        Is any other games that are affected by the same issue?
