Mass Effect legendary edition launcher not opening

Is it still the launcher that is not opening or do you have a different problem now?

@holger1405 Same issue as before, EA is reopening and nothing happens. After some time digging found another solution to remove opening of Launcher with Admin privilege which actually works for now, till new 'feature' will be delivered by EA.

    The problem is likely a licensing issue with this game after many others including myself migrated over to the EA App.  An EA technician might need to remove the game from your account and re-add it in order to launch/download it.  I'm currently waiting to hear back from someone after my problem was forwarded to the technical team after talking to support via live chat.

    @adukler 

    You did double-check the Admin privilege in the launcher Exe?

    I assume the launcher is not opening at all?

    @holger1405 Yup, also tried gave Admin privilege back and forth couple of times with no success. Launcher isn't opening at all. Tried to run the game from Steam or EA App with different settings nothing changed. EA App reopening but Launcher not starting. It's a lost call till developers will actually look on solid solution or at least add assertion to Launcher code to gave a clue

    It still works fine on my end, so this is strange.

    Did you cleared the EA app cache?
