Mass effect: legendary edition stuck on preparing 14%
Literally EA app is crap that shouldn't ever exist so fix it cose it's just pathetic after origin worked pretty good.
May I ask what region you are in?
If not in the UK, please try to changed your region in EA App Settings to United Kingdom, restart EA app and test.
In EA app > Click the three lines in the top left corner > Settings > Application > Select Region.
