mass effect legendary editions crash

Hi, i'm having an issue in Mass Effect 1 (Legendary Edition). All works fine and all but after the first mission in Eden Prime when i'm in the Normandy and speak with Joker to trigger the cinematic, everytime in the moment ashley and shepard appear on screen, it freezes, crashes and opens the launcher.

I have tried clean deleting and installing gpu drivers. I have moved the files from the Documents/BioWare/MassEffect, didn't worked . Also installed the Microsoft Visual C++ x86 and x64. 

And other options i've seen and no one worked so far.

I don't think it is a corrupted save issue because i did a first run and after trying to fix it, i started a second run and had the exact same issue at the same exact moment.
