    @Nico_El_Suave 

    Ok, VC++ 2010 is fully installed.

    • Go here.
    • Download the "DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer" 
    • Run the installer.
    • Reboot after the installation finished.
    • Test.

That worked!!! Mass Effect now works. I also just tested ME2 and ME3 and they work too. Thank you for the help!
