Answer HQ is a place where you can ask for solutions to problems you have with games. This is mostly user-to-user and is definitely off-topic here.
You could post on http://forum.bioware.com , but even then your game ideas would't be used for several reasons: First of all, the game is already being written and has a storyline, and second of all, they couldn't use your idea because it would be violation of your own copyright. Every idea you submit is an idea they can't legally use.
