Mass Effect on Windows 7 64 Btis

Hi

I recently purchased all three mass effect games through origin. I installed all three, but when i try to run mass effect nothing happens it syncs with cloud then nothing. If i try running as admin the same thing happens. If I try in compatibilty mode i get an error message as follows

Missing required file "ssleay32.dll" If i look in the game folder teh file is there.

Does anyone know how to correct this error as I would liek to play the games in order
