Mass Effect Online Access Error (Andromeda) (Steam)

hi there 

hope u all doing well

i have andromeda deluxe edition on my steam and its linked to EA app

last time played was on 2021 

and now got to play it again 

found out that there is online access error 

done your guide 

Deleted EA license

cleared Temp

verify files 

and still no online access 

hope you can help me and look into it

Edit: Just contacted online help and they fix it via chat with them
