Mass Effect Online Pass Issue

Question

My problem is that I bought digital version of Mass Effect Trilogy (not directly from origin). I activated her and everything was fine until i downloaded ME1 and ran it. Then this message shows. It says that I must write registration code from e-mail, game box or game site below. I writes activation code of trilogy from e-mail, and product key from game card in origin client, and it does nothing. I checked EA support, and there is said there's an option in the game card menu in client to download new online pass, but I have no such an option. Please help!

Could you link to the page on EA support where it says that?Also important to note: Mass Effect 1 never had an online pass.

this is the link. Sorry for my mistake, it's product code, but when I wrote code from game site in origin client, it said it's a not valid code.
