If you try to restart Origin as an administrator then try the reinstall again does that make any difference?
If not, what Operating System are you using?

first thank you for the reply and yes i always have to start everything at the install moment cus of the administration permissions and still cant play IDK why but i can tell you the exact text here it goes:
" Failed to initialize PhysX Hardware Acceleration (top frame message)

i already install the drivers in the link described and still nothing then later have another message that they r newer drivers installed already so idk what to do :l thank you for reading
I have windows 10 Nvidia GForce gtx 75vw 660M
but wheni had windows 8 didnt work :l idk what to dooo D; help :l
keep getting the error box saying that game isn't able to be launched because the physX isn't the latest version. have tried uninstalling Mass Effect 3 and reinstalling without the physx with no luck. have also trying running both the game and origins as an administrator this didnt work either. O/s is windows 7. This is the latest physx driver from nvidea http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.15.0428-driver.html but this isnt working. Can anyone help??
