Mass Effect purchased via Origin, no Product Code, cant play

Just repurchased Mass Effect 1 via Origin (lost old DVD). When I start, it asks for the product code, there is already a serial number typed in the box, but that is not accepted by the prompt and is declared an invalid number.

When I check the information box in Origin, Mass Effect has no product code. When I check my confirmation emails, Mass Effect has no product code.

Can you please email me my product code so I can play Mass Effect on PC. I will give 24 hours, otherwise I will have to request a Refund.
