Mass Effect Refusing to Run 1980x1080, and will not run fullscreen

I've already tried the configuration tool, and it does not allow resolutions beyond 1280x720, and the in-game resolution adjustment won't let me adjust past that either. The game will also not run on fullscreen on any resolution at all. I have attempted two repairs on the game using the Origin repair tool, and neither attempt fixed any of these issues.

Fixed on my own, here's how I did it in case anyone else has this issue.

Updated my Nvidia graphics drivers, then went to the 3D graphics settings in the Nvidia control panel. I set the SLI settings to single GPU only, then optimized the display through the Nvidia experience app. Hope this helps!
