Did you use Origin? Did you redeem the code on Origin? If so, then try to repair install (right-click) and/or patch. (Repair install should patch it up for you anyway). If it still fails, go to the executable file in the Program Files (.exe), right-click and choose "Run as administrator" and probably run it in Compatibility Mode for Windows Vista/XP. Best of luck!
