Mass Effect Trilogy (1) won't install from disk

Mass Effect won't install from disk. I bought the Mass Effect trilogy last year. when I try to install Mass Effect 1, I enter the activation code and Origin gives me this warning: An error has occur...

The problem turned out to be that when I uninstalled origin last night, I didn't reinstall the latest version. I think that the installation disk sent me to an obsolete version which didn't work. Reinstalled the latest origin and now I'm having a smooth installation. Thank you for your help!

Possible, or because there are no games installed on this account?

Did you followed the other steps?

If it still don't works, try to run Origin as Administrator (right click the Origin desktop shortcut > Run as Administrator)
