Mass effect trilogy download issues

I was given a code from gamestop redemption website and I tried to enter it into the code redemption on Origin but was given an error message and told to try again later. However, when I tried again ...

    First of all you should get in contact with Gamestop for a replacement code. If they cannot help you, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor about that.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.

    You should have your receipt from Gamestop at hand as the Game Advisor will probably want to see that.
