Mass Effect Trilogy Face Import Issue (PS3)

Hi Guys,

        So I have recently bought the Mass Effect Trilogy series for the PS3. Everything was cool up until  got to Mass Effect 3 and my Shepard's imported face form ME1 and ME2 do not load correctly.  It is exactly the same code input for ME2 but with a altered appearence.  I know that this was an issue before and Bioware fixed it in one of their patches, but I installed the latest 1.07 patch when I installed the game.  I really dont want to start ME3 without my original face for some reason. Does any one know a way to import my face correctly?  Any help would be much appreciated.
