Mass Effect Trilogy ME2, cant access cerberus pack
I was given the mass effect triology for christmas 2016. I have installed ME2 on my PS3 from the disk that is in the pack. When i try to download the cereberus pack that is supposidly free with it it doesnt allow me to as it is not there for me to download (when done so through the games prompts that take me out of game). then when i try and download it from the store, it says I dont have ME2...
I just want to play the game and have access to what I, (well my partner,) payed for

Have you been to extras --> DLC within the game and tried to install the Cerberus Network? Or is that where it takes you to the PSN store?
I'd also try clearing your cache. Go to your browser --> press triangle --> Tools --> Clear cache.
If that is where it's taking you and it's saying you haven't got the game I'd recommend speaking with Playstation support directly who should be able to help you with this. You can contact them here.
