Mass effect trilogy stuck at ready to install

That's just not enough information.  Please see the sticky on top about making a complete problem report.  Thank you.  

Sorry, here goes:

1) Product

a. PC version.

b. Media: I bought the 6 DVD version of ME Trilogy. Tried using the discs to install and tried using download from Origin, the result is the same stuck at "Ready to install".

2) System Details

a. Processor: Intel core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz/4 core/4GB RAM

b. Display: ATI Radeon HD5800/1024MB/9.12.0.0

c. Sound: AMD High Definition Audio Device/7.12.0.7712

d. OS: MS Windows 7 Ultimate/6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

e. Direct X: 11

3) Problem Details

a. What: Stuck at "Ready to install" after all files copy to computer (either from discs or internet i.e. Origin). In other words, it tries to install but failed.

b. When, Where, Why: After all files are transferred/copy to the computer during the installation stage. In the beginning, I put in the discs and it installed Origin, then popup from discs with orange install button, i clicked on it. Language is US, agree to terms, and proceed with transferring of files to computer. After complete download, there is a button "Ready to install". I clicked on it, then it shows 25%, 45%.... then poof, gone... back to the button "Ready to install". Go to "Show game details", I can see the orange "Install" button. Clicked it, same thing happens. Then reinstall the Origin, this time download direct from Origin website instead from discs, try with the discs again but same thing. Then try "download" instead of using discs to install (autorun). Finish download, same thing "Ready to install", click it and it repeats being stubbornly at status quo "Ready to install".
