mass effect trilogy

I recently purchased Mass Effect trilogy.  It seemed to install fine.  It will not play though!  It gets past the cloud sync data screen then tells me the program has stopped working.  I tell Windows...

And running Origins as Admin is not allowing 1.02 to locate Mass Effect...

Running the config utility (MassEffectConfig, same folder as the MassEffect.exe file) did fix the problem.

The biggest change I made was telling the game I didn't have a 4:3 monitor.
